Herbert Park Hotel Refit
Efficient Climate Control worked closely with the hotel and Lynch Interact to replace every system one by one over a 4-year period. There was very little disruption to the hotel operation. The final VRV was replaced in time for the beginning of the second big project in the hotel, a 32-room extension and apart-hotel.
